The 3rd GlobWave User Meeting took place on 7-8 November 2012 at the European Maritime Safety Agency in Lisbon, Portugal. The meeting contained a number of presentations by both the GlobWave team and users of the data alongside a tour of the EMSA facilities and demonstrations of the GlobWave on-line tools. There are some important dates to mark in your calendars regarding the GlobWave User Meeting.
The meeting venue, the EMSA HQ, is located in central Lisbon and close to a wide range of hotels suitable for different budgets. One of the closest is the 4* Hotel Vincci Baixa, for which a discounted rate has been agreed for GlobWave delegates.
