Logica brings project and subcontractor management experience from numerous ESA projects, as well as expertise in operational EO data processing systems to provide the sound engineering practice required for design and implementation of the GlobWave system. We also bring our current experience from the ESA “Generic Environment for Cal/Val Analysis” project, which has synergies with the GlobWave project and objectives, including working with a diverse group of scientists to arrive at a unified user and system requirement specifications that satisfy the needs of the entire group.
